OUR COMMITMENT

Monte da Capela – Sociedade Agrícola e Comercial, Lda. implemented a Quality and Food Safety Policy in which it’s committed to:
• Continuously improve internal processes as an engine for ongoing improvement
• Guide the company’s decisions in order to establish and maintain relationships of trust and longevity with its suppliers and subcontractors
• Lead the company’s strategy for the expansion of the business, namely in foreign markets
• Working towards the achievement of the company’s food quality and safety objectives
• Establish interactive means of communication between the different links in the food chain
• Comply with legal, statutory and customers’ requirements to preserve the production of safe products
Apply the rule of 4 R’s: reduce, recycle, reuse and recover in all company activities
Promote training for the employees in order to encourage the improvement of skills and nurture ethical and personal responsibility
Exalting the importance of all employees in the success of maintaining a Quality and Food Safety Management System (QFSMS)
Releasing the financial resources and providing the human resources needed to maintain and/or improve the QFSMS processes
Ensure that this policy is communicated to all employees and reviewed annually
